Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer returns or refunds once a product is downloaded. However, we’re committed to your satisfaction and offer refunds under specific circumstances.
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are available if the digital product fails to download or is defective (e.g., corrupted file or incorrect content).
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Refund Process:
- To request a refund, contact us at tauna@proverbialhomemaker.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- We will review your request within 48 hours and, if approved, issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If a download fails, we’ll provide a new download link. If the issue persists, you may request a refund.
- Digital products successfully downloaded and accessed are non-returnable due to their instant delivery nature.
